Synergy Solutions operates from seven US-based call centers and through a partner network of sites in the Philippines. Synergy Solutions' corporate headquarters is in Phoenix, AZ and adjacent to Synergy's largest call center.
The Phoenix call center is a 25,000 square foot, fully remodeled, stand-alone building. This state-of-the-art blended contact center includes 220 fully automated customer contact workstations, a computer aided training center, and an Internet library. The contact center is built adjacent to Synergy Solution's secured corporate office and data center allowing for hands-on involvement by the Synergy Solutions management team.

Synergy opened in Vestal, NY in September 2000 and in 2005, moved to an upgraded facility with additional capacity in neighboring Johnson City, NY. Recently expanded to 175 web-enabled seats, this center offers inbound and outbound teleservices.
